1. Who operates this site
This website (kailinpharmacist.wordpress.com) is owned and operated by Lin Kai, a licensed pharmacist. If you have any questions about this policy, contact me through the links available on this site.
2. Nature of the content
All content on this website is published for general educational and informational purposes only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for consultation with your own doctor or pharmacist. 3. Information we collect
We collect very little information, and only what is needed to run a small blog:
Email subscription. If you subscribe to receive new posts by email, we collect your email address. It is used solely to send you new post notifications. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every email.
Comments. If you leave a comment, WordPress.com stores the name and email address you provide, along with your comment text. This is standard blog functionality.
Anonymous site statistics. We use Jetpack Stats to understand which pages are read and where readers are located at a country level. This data is aggregated and anonymous — it does not identify individual visitors.
4. What we do NOT do
We do not sell, share, rent, or trade your personal information with any third party.
We do not use tracking cookies for marketing or advertising purposes.
We do not run affiliate links or sponsored posts, and we do not receive payment for recommending any product. When we link to books or services, it is because we genuinely believe they may be useful — not because we are paid to do so.
5. Third-party services
This site is hosted on WordPress.com, a service of Automattic Inc. WordPress.com provides the platform, the commenting system, and the email subscription service. Their own privacy policy applies to the platform itself, and can be read at automattic.com/privacy.
Jetpack Stats collects anonymous usage statistics. It does not use advertising cookies and does not share data with advertisers.
Articles on this site may link to external websites (for example, Amazon, Medium, or published research). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those external sites — please review their policies if you visit them.
6. Cookies
WordPress.com sets functional cookies needed for basic site operation (for example, keeping you logged in if you have an account). We do not set marketing or advertising cookies.
